Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Redpine platform operated by Redpine Technology AB, reg. no. 559499-8824, Sweden ("Redpine", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the platform. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
  • Use the platform for any unlawful or harmful purpose
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code

4. API Access

Use of the Redpine API, MCP connections, and CLI tools is governed by the API Access Agreement, which supplements these Terms. In case of conflict regarding API access, the API Access Agreement prevails.

5. Billing and Credits

Certain platform features require purchasing credits. All purchases are processed through Stripe. Prices are displayed before purchase. Credits are non-transferable between organisations.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at [email protected] for refund requests.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. By using credits immediately after purchase, you consent to waive this withdrawal right.

6. Intellectual Property

The platform, its design, code, and documentation are owned by Redpine. You retain ownership of any content you submit to the platform. You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. On termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

8. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by emailing [email protected]. We will process deletion requests within 30 days. Certain data may be retained as required by law (see our Privacy Policy).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Redpine is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the six months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Disclaimer

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of results, or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. For consumers in the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply where they provide greater protection.

We will first attempt to resolve any dispute informally. If we cannot resolve a dispute within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of Sweden. EU consumers may also bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
